1.Is there a clear reason your company wants to use AI, linked to business priorities?

Not hype. Not pressure. Actual purpose.

2.Have you identified specific processes or tasks where AI could deliver measurable improvement?

Emails, reporting, content, admin, customer service, ops.

3.Are the workflows you want to improve already mapped or understood?

If processes are unclear, AI adds noise.

4.Is your core information (documents, CRM, reporting data) organised and accessible enough for AI to use effectively?

Not perfect. Just usable.

5.Are your current systems (email, CRM, project tools) stable and properly used across the team?
