Kaye Nicholson's Second Bdaily Column Is Live
GrowthZone AI founder Kaye Nicholson's second Bdaily column looks at why healthy AI scepticism is useful — and why waiting indefinitely can quietly become resistance to change.
Kaye Nicholson's second column for Bdaily is now live.
AI scepticism is healthy. Inaction isn't. was published on 25 August and tackles something Kaye hears regularly from business owners: they are interested in artificial intelligence, but they are also wary of the hype surrounding it.
And that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Questions about data, cost, accuracy, jobs and whether a particular AI tool is actually useful are sensible questions for any business to ask.
The problem comes when sensible caution turns into an indefinite "we'll deal with it later".
Kaye's latest Bdaily column makes the case for a much more practical middle ground: businesses don't need every new AI tool, a complicated AI strategy or a huge technology budget. They need enough understanding to decide where AI could genuinely help — and where it won't.
That thinking is central to GrowthZone AI.
We start with the business first.
Where is time disappearing? What is being repeated? Which task creates unnecessary pressure? What information is difficult to find? And could AI make that particular part of the working week a little easier?
Then we decide whether technology belongs in the answer.
